(1) No one else should erect anything such as towers, towers, sticks, trees, etc. in the airport, airport area and designated place for departure and return of aircraft and arrange any kind of lighting that may confuse the pilot of the aircraft.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), other technical conditions to be adopted by the authority while arranging the lighting shall be as specified in the ban annex and manual.
